Candidates view/edit submission for background check after offer acceptance


Good Afternoon Taleo Community!

We are having an issue where candidates receive an email to begin the background check.  In the email there is an attachment explaining how to add information.  The email attachment says to click on “view/edit submission”, but that is not an option, they can only click on “view submission” in the “My Jobpage” tab, which doesn’t allow them to add the information that is being requested from the email. Thinking that there is something missing in the config set-up.  I am assuming to edit instead of view only.  Has anyone experienced this issue?  If so, can you recommend how this can be resolved?
