Need to get a percentage of total hires

Hi,
I need to be able to show the number of hires that made it to a specific point in the process in less than 2 days vs greater than 2 days and then what percentage of the total hires met each of those time frames.
The formula below seems to be working correctly for the first part (<= example). It's not pretty but seems to get the job done.
