Rehire Report with Termination Date

We need a report that includes rehires with their rehire date and termination date.

Content

We are trying to create a report that includes all employees who were rehired within the past 2 weeks. We also need to include the termination date of their most recent termination (if they have been hired and terminated multiple times), but are running into several issues. 

1. The termination record shows up on a separate line so the "rehire" record does not have a termination date.
2. If we were to only include employees who were rehired in the past two weeks, it will not include the term record at all.
