Change General Application Workflow and Auto-Reply

I am looking to assign a different workflow and auto-reply email to people who fill out the general application in our Career Center but I do not see this option. We want to have a streamlined process for the general applicants and are trying to brand this as a “Talent Community” and avoid calling it an “application”.
I have created a separate workflow and auto-reply email but not sure what my next step is.
a) Is this possible?
b) Where and how would I do this?
