Balance Conversion in Oracle Fusion - Best practices MTD vs YTD

Content

We are in a process of providing the impact analysis of bringing 12 Months of rolling balances for our client in Canada. Just wanted to check if someone has conducted this kind of analysis in past. We are trying to understand the pain point and effort involved in bringing MTD values for the whole year.

  1.   Lesson Learnt from past implementation on this subject.
  2.   We always get recommendation of bringing YTD values in normal scenarios due to effort involved. Is there any other reason or risk apart from effort and timeline?
