Need to design a report that shows the shortest time between steps

Content

We are hoping to design a report that would allow us to see how quickly we had a candidate reach each step by requisition. Would like to see the minimum time it took candidates to hit each step. Does not need to be candidate specific, just by requisition. Date of number of days would work.
