Hard delete Departments in Taleo?

Hello experts, 

How do we hard delete Departments in Taleo? Post deletion (from the front end as well as through TCC), we see the Department with 'Deleted' status. 

I looked on Oracle Support but couldn't find any solution. Look forward to hearing from you guys.
