Notifications - Split Out by Recruiting User? Idea logged, please read/vote
Summary
All Recruiting Users on a rec get notifications if turned on - how does your organization deal with this?Content
Hello!
We have notifications set up in our zone for things such as approval requests and job posting expirations. Due to the settings in Taleo, you cannot split out notifications by user type. For example, when it comes to job postings expiring, the notification is set to be sent to all recruiting users unless they have their notifications turned off in their personal settings. Unfortunately, by turning off notifications on a personal level, it eliminates them from getting all types of notifications. In our case, we do not want posting expiring notifications to go to any recruiting user but the Recruiter.
