Reporting on Candidate Diversity

Summary

Pulling the number of female applicants against a job

Content

Hi,

I wanted to see if anyone had any success in pulling together diversity metrics? We are looking to pull a report that shows:

- Job Title
- Number of applications submitted
- Number of female applicants
- Percentage of applicants that are female
- Number of shortlisted applicants
- Number of female shortlisted applicants

The main issue we are having is pulling a count on the number of females applicants. We have created an expression that says 'if female = 1" with the aim of then being able to pull a count on these when formatting the report.

Howdy, Stranger!
