I need a report from the OBI that will give me a list of employees that have been boarded in Fusion, but haven't started yet.

I've attempted to load the two reports that are on Customer Connect, but they only give employees that have already started. We have 6 employees starting on Monday February 27th --- and no matter what I try with the CC report - or any other analysis I try, I can't see them...any help?  This is for onboarding and training purposes - so that we can give folks a heads up ahead of time as to who is starting, when, where, who the manager is, etc.
