If multiple languages are enabled, what modifications are needed in TCC?

If multiple languages are enabled, what modifications are needed in TCC export to PeopleSoft?  Does every field need a different column for that language or a header row?  I would think the column is not needed since the field code is the same.  I was just wondering as I was toying around with activating Spanish on one of our career sections in Staging.  Thank you.  Ilona
