Seeking Assistance with Matrix Reporting – Performance Management

Hi!

To start, I'm using TEE - Performance Management. I need to write a report on our Matrix: Performance vs. Potential. This matrix is currently set up such that the X Axis is the ‘Employee – Review Rating’ Dimension Type and the Y Axis is the ‘Employee – Potential” Dimension Type. One of the requirements of this report is to include the Matrix Cell labels. I’m assuming that the labels aren’t reportable since they’re not actual fields (but please, correct me if I’m wrong!).

If they’re not reportable, I want to use a CASE WHEN statement to bring the Matrix Cell labels into the report, but it’s not immediately clear to me how the Employee – Review Rating Dimension is calculated.
