My client has expressed interest in Restless Bandit to source candidatesContent
My client is interested in exploring Restless Bandit which usesTalent Rediscovery algorithms, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to show you the best-matched candidates. This would overlay on an ATS. I have never used this product nor have any of my counterparts, so we thought we would pool the Talent Aquisition community on this site to see if any of you could provide your experiences/ insights into Restless Bandit and how it would function with Taleo.
