We currently send an automatic rejection letter when any of our candidates are rejected. The problem is that candidates on canceled requisitions receive this letter. Has anyone found a way to automatically notify a candidate when a requisition is canceled? We'd also ideally like to not have those candidates receive those rejection letters. I've looked into adding a new status Rejection-Canceled with a rejection reason (so we can disposition them), and then trigger the e-mail off of this. Then the other rejected letter would send for the other areas based off of the status-Rejected. Is there a problem with having 2 rejection statuses with reference models
