Internal Career Center vs External Career Center

Summary

Do I need to create 2 different Career Centers for Internal & External?

We are finally moving the the Career Center for desktops; however, I'm not sure if I should be adding a Career Center for Internal posting?  Or does TBE already know to only show the posting internally or externally depending on the selection in the requisition (even though the URL is the same)?
