Good Afternoon Oracle Community,

 

Question regarding matching candidates to requisitions.  When matching a candidate to a requisition, the candidate’s profile automatically notes that “submission is complete.” However, this is misleading because the applicant has not completed the actual application and e-signed. Are any other companies experiencing this problem? If so, how are you guys working around it? Thanks for any insight!
