Is it possible to setup a scheduled report based on candidates in the report being on specific step/status

Dear Experts,

Is it possible to setup a scheduled report based on candidates in the report being at a specific step/status?

For example if a candidate/s reaches the step/status = Offer/Accepted, a report needs to be triggered to the respective Hiring Manager and Recruiter Assistant.

Can this be done? Please advise on how this can be achieved.
