We are a global company implementing Fusion HCM cloud. We have a business need to feed employee events and data changes to downstream systems in employee's timezone.

When a New Hire happens from Taleo into HCM we need to feed this New Hire to LDAP and badge systems. If this new hire is in China effective 03/13/2017, then we need to feed this new hire on 03/12/2017 when it is right after midnight in the morning of 03/13/2017 in China.
