Hello Community,
We are in the process of adjusting our current analytics to focus on retention vs. turnover. I was wondering if anyone has a current HR Score Card or Analytics package that you are currently sharing with your key stakeholders. I am interested both in automation in the HCM Platform, as well as examples that you may not have built with in the system.
