Credits and standards
Summary
Hello all I am looking for best practices on CreditsContent
Hello everyone. We are looking to roll out credits but have come into an interesting situation. As system admin its simple enough for me to say 1 credit = 1 hour of work and call it a day but some people want to use the term PDU instead. Additionally we have whole day training classes. How do you handle credits for those? 8 hours of credits or do you convert to days?
Currently my suggestion to my stakeholders is that we keep it simple and just say 1 hour = 1 credit or 1 credit = 1 PDU in conversion. Thoughts?
