Hello, we are getting ready to launch Onboarding for new hires in our first region (Americas) in Q2 2017 and wondered if anyone has an electronic signature statement that you are particularly happy with - and more important, that has impressed your Legal department!
This is what we have cobbled together so far:
"By providing my electronic signature credentials and selecting the Submit button below, I legally attest to the accuracy of the information I have provided on this form and/or accept the terms and conditions herein. This electronic signature is as legally binding as if physically signed by me on paper. No certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate my electronic signature."
