Transfer of Documents from TBE to Oracle HRIS

Looking for a way to automate/facilitate loading documents from Taleo TBE into HRIS

We have TBE integrated with our HRIS (Oracle E-business suite (oracle EBS r12)), but only data fields.  Does anyone know of a way to facilitate transferring documents from TBE to Oracle E-business suite (oracle EBS r12)?  In particular I am trying to store the candidate's application snapshot, the offer letter, and a few of the onboading documents in our HRIS.  But, it is rather labor intensive, as staff have to locate the documents individually for each candidate/employee, save them into a network folder, then upload them into our HRIS.  Any thoughts as to how to automate or better facilitate this process would be appreciated.  Someone suggested that maybe there is an API functionality that could accomplish this.  Thank you for your thoughts on this matter.
