Internal Career link outside of Intranet

Does anyone have experience (pro´s con´s) providing internal career section link to capture internal candidates outside of company intranet pages?

We would like to build a new internal careers page to be shared with a target audience of employees that do not have access to our company intranet page.

Does anyone have the experience and if so, how did you socialize the internal postings with this audience?: Link posted to a user restricted website / email, etc.

And would you be able to share pro´s con´s (such as risk of postings being shared externally or scrapped, etc.?)
