Suggested work around for Bug 1789621 CANDIDATE IS "HIRED" AND THE SYSTEM HAS CHANGED STATUS REJECTE
Summary
(Bug ID 17289621) CANDIDATE IS "HIRED" AND THE SYSTEM HAS CHANGED STATUS REJECTEDContent
Hi -
We are currently encountering issues wherein hired candidates are being changed by the system automatically to reflect a rejected status. This is causing issues obviously as the hired candidate is no longer in the correct step and status and is also causing confusion in our daily operational reports and dashboards.
We have raised this to Oracle and they have mentioned that the fix should be implemented in a later release. Has anyone found a work around to resolve this? When we try to revert the candidate from the front end the system does not allow you to revert (error screenshote attached) and gives out an Akira error. We also tried TCC and it is not allowing us to do so.
