Bulk Upload into Onboarding

Does anyone know of the capability to do a bulk upload of new hires directly into Onboarding?

Hello, we were wondering about the ability to do a bulk upload of new hires directly into Onboarding and not uploading them into Recruiting. The upload would assign them a Transitions process and allow them to complete onboarding without having a candidate profile or being attached to a req. I didn't see anything in the configuration documents and know that there would be potential issues that would need to be addressed because Onboarding relies on information from Recruiting (especially OLF info from the req). This was a request brought up by the business and I wanted to know if anyone else had a similar
