Hide the worker self evaluation and the participant evaluation in a PD

Hello,

We need to hide the worker competencies self evaluation and the participant overall competencies evaluation in a PD from the manager visibility once the manager begins the worker evaluation. Then, when the manager begins the worker evaluation, he should not be able to visualize the worker self-evaluation and the participant evaluation in the competencies section of the PD. He should be able to view them only after he submits the evaluation.  

I am not sure exactly how to achieve this, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
