Does anyone utilize the "View Compensation History" functionality?

Hi - was wondering if anyone utilizes the "View Compensation History" functionality under Compensation task within Person Management > Manage Employment.  This area defaults to show under "Salary": Base Rate, Annual Salary, Percent Change;  There are also headers for "Other Compensation", "Stock" and "Recurring Payments".  If anyone out there does utilize this section, are there instructions out there on how to configure this area?  E.g. we would like to bring in other comp history, such as Annual Bonus payments or other types of Deferred Cash payments.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
