Need to edit email workflow when applicant makes a change

Content

Would like to add a few fields to the email notification that gets sent when an applicant makes a change to their application.  Not sure where to make the change or if it will cause any issues to existing items in process or anything downstream.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.
