Resumes of linked candidate not viewable

Hi -

We are starting to test out the new TAP APP in our staging instance.  One important process our company does is to create pipeline requisitions and then transfer identified candidates to child requisitions (via candidate linking) for further review by Hiring Managers.

Upon testing the functionality of the Oracle APP we noticed that when a candidate is linked to a new requisition the resume is not carried over and would only be included if the candidate applies for the position (not linked by recruiter) and selects the attachment to be relevant. We checked the desktop application and see the resume is included in the submission if linked by a recruiter.
