A report to be designed but the data viewed by the users should be restricted to their coverage areas

Hi All,

I am designing a new report on requisition but the users are to be restricted to view only the information mentioned in the coverage areas. I tried doing it with Permission in the BI but i didnt get an option for coverage areas. Please guide me.
