Best Use of Pipeline Management Examples?

Hi all, 

we've created our own customized pipeline in Taleo using CSWs. However, I've read up on the Pipeline Management requisitions in the Recruiting/configuration guides and notice that they're built/used differently. (https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/talentcs_gs/OTRCG/OTRCG.pdf) The configuration guides specifically point out that it provides the ability to distinguish between contacts and candidates. From the 15B book: "Pipeline Management provides customers with a way to manage the lifecycle of candidates through the state of being a contact in a pipeline to being considered on an open requisition."
