Limiting access to onboarding activities

Can you limit a user role's access to view only some of the onboarding activities in a bundle?

I'm wanting some users to view all of the completed onboarding activities (completed PDF forms) within a bundle but other users to only view 3 out of 5 of these onboarding activities since they contain some private information.
