Creative Ways You've Used Taleo to Support Diversity Efforts

I'm conducting some research for our Talent Acquisition Team.  Would love to hear how you've used Taleo creatively to support your diversity efforts.

One idea we heard about is "blind submissions".  Removing the applicant name from the resumes before presenting to the Hiring Managers,  This removes any assumption about the applicants ethnicity, and focuses the selection process on the experience and skills.  Although this wouldn't be something that could be managed holistically through the technology (can't strip the name from an attached resume), we'd love to hear how others may have approached their diversity efforts.
