Requisition Template - Recruiting Manager Field

Is it possible to make this non mandatory?

Hello,

 

When adding vacancy requisitions the Recruiting Manager field is mandatory which is forcing us to place a name on this, however, as we give line managers the ability to raise their own requistion requests we would like this field null so that it needs completing, the risk is the 1 recruiting manager which is defaulted is not changed and 1 person is bombarded as the recruiting manager, please advise if this is possible,
