What verbiage used when posting pipelining reqs?

Summary

How have you been able to clearly distinguish pipeline reqs from hiring reqs to candidates when posting externally?

Content

There is some internal concern that if we post pipeline reqs, candidate experience would suffer thinking they are applying for a job when, in reality, we are collecting a pipeline of qualified people to fill multiple upcoming roles in the  near future. We are curious to know what verbiage others have used on their pipeline reqs to ensure candidates are clear that they are not applying to a job, but instead, throwing their hat in for a future invitation to apply. We are subject to OFCCP, so, hearing what others have successfully and compliantly used would be really helpful.
