Has anyone created any sort of report that involves the time between correspondence? Or measuring the duration between correspondences?
We have SLA's put in place around how long candidates should wait before receiving another sort of correspondence, but I've found it extremely difficult to track from an automated reporting perspective. The correspondence dates aren't directly tied to the CSW step/statuses and don't have any sequence to them; outside of their date fields.
I've been attempting to evaluate correspondences dates into columns rather than duplicate rows so that I can calculate the timestamp differences between correspondence 1, correspondence 2, etc.... Anyone have any similar type of issues?
