Competencies radar graph not shown on the Skills and Qualification Page

Competency radar graph is not showing up on Skills and Qualification page

Hi,

Using a manager account, I cannot visualize the competences radar grath on Skills and Qualification page.

Steps to duplicate:
- Log in using a manager account

- Click on "My Team" folder

- Click on "Talent team" icon

- Click on a user Profile link

- On "Skill and Qualifications" tab, I don't visualize the competencies radar graph

Can you please help me?
