Report doubling my values.

I have a report which should count every employee as 1, but for some reason counts them as 2.

Hi,

I have a traffic light report which counts employees who are coming to an end of a probation. I am using the code that is shown in example 1. and what is in example 2 is what is being shown. I have used the figure 0.5 in the code, as for some reason when I have 1, it doubles it to 2. Does that make sense?
