Has anyone added a label or requested a label change to the Owners section of their requisition form?

If so is anyone willing to provide some examples of the label change or labels they added?

I have internal customers requesting that I place a label on the Owners section in my environment. As I work in Academia our owners section includes some customized labels already. 

My internal customers have requested that I put an explanation label explaining that the "Owners" will receive different correspondences and have access to the requisition and the candidates in appropriate places.
