Hello,

 

Having recently taken over a taleo project I am looking for a little guidance on the different roles which employees are to be selected for when creating a requisition. One quirk with our company is no central recruitment team so mainly the manager in the business is the only person to raise the requisition and deal with the recruitment. Potentially their manager though may get involved or an assistant in the department, with this in mind, what guidance would you recommend when completing the form for the following fields? There's seems to be a number of options to tag people against
