    Hi

    I just wanted to know whether Credit Memo creation from Sales Order is possible or not. We tried with negative pricing for bill only process, but it was failing in AR. In EBS (R12), we have option to create Credit Memo using Bill Only Order Type with negative price, but in cloud not able to do the same.

    Business won't agree to do directly in AR as they wanted from Sales order itself. Also, we are not able to go to RMA process as we don't have any original sales order reference.
