    Hi

    When I was trying to create Return sales order through FBDI asking for cross reference and failing.

    Below is the error message getting. Attached is the template filled for the same. Could you please help where is the cross reference it is missing. Thanks.

    Error message:

    A cross-referenced value was not found for attribute RETURN_REASON_CODE in source system LEG1..
    Number of orders that were imported: 0.
