Hi there,

We have implemented Fusion Talent Management, during performance contracting period employees are expected to accept the goals assigned to them by the line manager.  When accepting the goals employee's are expected to rate themselves on a scale of 1 to 5.  This was not acceptable to the client as employees cannot complete self evaluation at time of accepting the goal.  A workaround was created where an additional element was added to the rating scale " Not Yet Rated". Employee's will then select Not Yet Rated at the beginning of the Contract Period and accept the goals.
