To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Editing EEO questions in an application flow TEE
Summary
We want to add the definitions to our diversity questions in our environmentContent
We are almost done our implementation and recently we have had push back from testers on the delivered diversity questionnaire.
The request from our end users is to add definitions to questions in order to clarify what ethnicity and race mean and why we are collecting such information.
We will be using the EEOC definitions for this purpose and we are also going to add them to the diversity statement above the questions on the page.
Our consultants have told us any change of the question is customization and will impact reporting. Technically we are just changing a field label. We don't want to change the answers. We want to use the delivered field only with a modified label. To me this should not impact reports but I am not an OBI expert.
