Email Templates (Correspondence font) also internal/ external vacancy font

All fonts to default as X-SMALL

Hi There,

Would really appreciate if someone can help me I basically want to ensure all our templates and when we post a job add internal/ external  all font to default to X-SMALL, so we do not have to highlight everything and turn to XSMALL. It seems to default to the font SMALL- but we need this to default to X-SMALL

 

In the screen shot I have shown what I mean- is this possible to change to X-Small please? Where in the config can i change this?
