Internal Error with TBE Single Sign-on

Summary

Oracle seems to have done something to break our SSO. Even after rebuilding it with a new certificate, things are not working correctly.

Content

We use single-sign-on (SSO) to access Taleo within our organization, but in some maintenance last week Oracle seems to have changed something that caused our SSO to break.  We know it was Oracle because none of our other systems are having this issue.  We were told to rebuild it with a new certificate (at some expense to us, since we have to outsource our SSO configuration), and even after replacing the certificate things are still not working.
