What are some pros and cons of activating the setting to view incomplete applications?

We currently do not see incomplete applications in our system and I just have an incomplete applications report set up to view candidates and where they left off in the process. However, our high volume team is possibly wanting to turn this feature on in recruiting so that they have access to more candidates in their pool to reach out to. For those of you who have this setting turned on, what benefits or issues have you experienced that we should be aware of? What kinds of processes do you have in place to help manage the extra candidates in your list?
