Filter members in Talent Pools

For talent pools that have large number of members, does anyone have a good solution on how to filter the population?

Right now the Talent Pool only shows the following information of the members: job, department, risk of loss, impact of loss, willing to relocate and status. See screenshot below. For some large hi-potential pool, we will need to filter the members by business units, job family, job function, etc. to assist the succession planning process, but those columns are not available (I believe there is an ER to add more columns to the Talent Pools). We also can't report on Talent Pools using OTBI yet.
