Auto Populate Location Based on Education Institution Picked

In the Talent Profile when a user is entering their degree information the country and state should auto populate based upon the educational institution chosen.

We are in the process of implementing the Talent Profile in our organization.  We have loaded all of the education institutions from the values available in Taleo.  These institutions include country and state information.  So my question is, is there anyway to have the country and state auto populate based upon which educational institution they choose?  I could not find any documentation on MOS on how this could be accomplished.  And if this cannot be accomplished I think this should be an enhancement request as it creates double entry for the user.
