Hello,
On a weekly basis, we receive emails from External candidates who are unable to complete/submit their job submission/application because when they get to our Disability form step on our External application flow, the PDF form will not appear (please see screenshot). External candidates have reported having this issue when using browsers/systems such as Google Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Linux, and more.
We've tried reaching out to Oracle Support, they informed us it's an end-user browser issue and as they cannot reproduce the scenario, the only way to remedy is by engaging candidate's assistance, there's nothing Oracle or us as System Admins can do on the back-end to resolve. As we do not want to jeopardize or encroach the candidate experience, I'm hoping another has experienced this, and found a solve w/o involving the candidate's assistance? I would really appreciate your response/experience either way.
